  • Tighten your stomach muscles and press your lower back into the floor.
  • Hold for 5–10 seconds, then relax.
  • Repeat 10–15 times.

2. Cat-Cow Stretch

Purpose: Improves flexibility in the lumbar spine and relieves tension.

How to Do It:

  • Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position.
